bye & Hello

Yesterday was my last task in my former ministry, Jabatan Pendidikan and I enjoyed my every moment of emceeing yesterday event....

ya, itulah yang sy rasakan sepanjang acara semalam...Komitmen Pemenang untuk SPK Angkatan 5. Walaupun dari segi pengaturan masa masih belum cukup sempurna, dengan kelewatan bermula selama 10 min, tapi di sebalik itu semua sy berpuas hati dengan semua tim SPK yang bersusah payah.... dari belakang tabir, ke depan tabir, dari ruang ushering hinggalah ke dapur...you all are marvellous.. and i really thankful for having such a great team!

Ada beberapa perkara yang sy mau bagi kredit;
1-tim praise & worship
the singers ~nung, alice, silvie, alisah, julie, peter relik, jaflee - sy diberkati dengan kamu semua...

2-tim musician
~bum,hend,fender,rolyn,jasbon-what a great team..thank God for that.

3-dancers
~linda,cheh,ivy,eve,irene - 2 thumbs up for all of u

4-hospitality/refreshment
~tini and the gang - terima kasih untuk makanan yang disediakan..sedaP.

5-tim lakonan
~Yus, thomas, alice, jasbon, jaflee, clen - mantap!!!

Pun demikian, masih ada beberapa perkara yang perlu diperbaiki lagi
1-multimedia
~ruang untuk memperbaiki masih terbuka dan i will work with the new coming team for this matter

2-ushering
~sudah cukup baik sebab ada peningkatan, tapi agaknya wajah kalian masih kurang senyuman ni...hehehe...never mind jabatan hospitaliti will work on this...

3-tim kreatif
~actually saya berpuas hati dengan hasil sentuhan setiap peribadi, cumanya tetap perlu ada peningkatan...probably bukan saja backdrop yang perlu diperhatikan tapi boleh jadi atmosfere gereja juga perlu lakukan sesuatu kot...*wink*...anyway, this one also will be under my new department and looking foward to put the right person there!

4-media team
~i think they have done their part very good, but somehow need more alert with the rundown, so that they know when should they act. Ehm, i think this one i still wondering which department they in? hehehe...

All in all, thank you guys for the support throughout the event... i can say that being ketua jabatan pendidikan for 1 year and also ketua kelas for 5 angkatan, there is so many things that i learn. In my leadership skill, i learn how to manage an event, my communication skill turut berkembang when dealing with others...MBS..STM..Nube Training...Pastor2 and leaders from different churches... and my very precious moment is during with your guys...i've learn so much from all of you.. true friendship, agape love, openness, trust, .... somehow, my heart is so in touch with this department that there is a room in my heart that a bit sad that i have to let go this... BUT ANYWAY... di sebalik semua Tuhan punya rencana yang besar buat saya...and i really believe that in ministry... walaupun at the first moment knowing that i will be the leader for the Jabatan Ibadah... ada sedikit terkejut dan hampir tidak dapat berkata-kata... mau kata gembira tidak juga, mau kata tidak gembira pun tidak juga.... i really have no idea the feeling that i have at that time. *sigh* But after having some chit chat with the former leader and bersama-sama dengan team P&W selama sehari suntuk... (sabtu itu) and having talking time with my ABBA FATHER...there is something that God put in my heart... and i know when Pastor put me there, i guess i know what does he hope in me...

To the new leader of jabatan pendidikan, all the best to you...i believe there is something that u can do more..better than me... and u got my support each and every way...because still we are in the same boat...:)...

To my new department, my new team nantinya...mari kita sama-sama mengerakkan jabatan ini untuk mencapai visi gereja iaitu salah satu kualiti yang perlu dalam NCD dan siap-siaplah kita berubah ke arah yang lebih baik...
