Sekarang berat badan sekitar 53-54 kg (ni yg latest kot), dengan ketinggian 162 cm kalau ikut BMI, masih normal. Tapi sy sedang mencari diet yg seimbang, diet yg sihat.
semalam ada bincang2 sama miss b, sambil tengok blog dia sy nampak ada isu pasal diet ikut blood type ni. so as i google in sy menemukan website ini .
Yg sy tertarik ni adalah statement ini; 'Type AB blood is rare – it’s found in less than five percent of the population.' Ya, sy berdarah AB. My dad is blood type A while my mum is blood type B. Dan sy anak keempat dari tujuh adik beradik dan anak tengah. Hehehehe...thats my birth analysis. Wah, sy jadi bangga sekejap saje. Unik pula darah aku ni. hehehhee.
Then, sy teruskan lagi statement dia: 'Type AB has Type A’s low stomach acid, however, they also have Type B’s adaptation to meats. Therefore, you lack enough stomach acid to metabolize them efficiently and the meat you eat tends to get stored as fat.' Stored as fat??? o sungguh bahaya ni... patutlah sy mula rasa ada gelembung2 yang tidak diingini.
Next statement dia; 'Dr. D’Adamo recommends that Type AB focus on foods such as tofu, seafood, dairy and green vegetables if you are trying to lose weight.' Ni, to those yg mau reduce weight la kan. Ehm, tofu sy kurang gemar tp kalau tofu jepun ya sy suka. seafood memang favorite sy, dairy..mmm...i dun like susu sebenarnya. Tidak boleh masuk. so kena cari altenatif lain macam yogurt?tuk oi mahal gia! Green vegetables? I like. Sy memang kaki sayur punya orang. So shud be no prob. sy teruskan statement dia; 'There is a wide variety of seafood for Type AB, and it is an excellent source of protein for Type AB. A few highly beneficial fish are mahi-mahi, red snapper, salmon, sardines, and tuna.. Some dairy is also beneficial for Type AB – especially cultured dairy such as Yogurt and kefir.'. Kira menjawab sy sudah la ni kan.
another statement dia; 'Dr. D’Adamo also recommends smaller, more frequent meals, as they will counteract digestive problems caused by inadequate stomach acid and peptic enzymes.'
Ok, sy memang suka makan, tp kena perhatikan saiz makanan la selepas ni.
Bah, gaya hidup yang sihat akan sy mulakan lagi. Jogging at least once a week. Sudah lama tertinggal. Alasan ->kesibukan /penat dari kerja/malas. So tidak boleh juga guna alasan sedemikian. Tuhan mau pakai sy tuk pelayananNya, sy juga harus menghargai kesihatan tubuh sy.

@vien- kaki sayur bah sy, kaki kangkung tu termasuk juga tu. hehehehe..ya rajin bersenam. sebenarnya itu yang terbaik. Jum jogging. Jng malas.
ahahaha jet, sy ambil tuk AB sajalah. since banyak betul kalau sy COPA (copy and Paste).

renn, if only u know nutrition better! healthy diet is not all about wut u eat bad or good BUT its about balance diet containing all nutrients! this diet seems to focus on only certain nutrients and let go the rest, so its not GOOD for a healthy sedentary woman like u! im not acting like im an expert BUT i juz wanna share my knowledge with u! u shuld read more about the bad effect of this diet! it is only a short term diet BUT u'll get the long time bad effects! people tend to get the lack of certain nutreints effects like prot, cho and some minerals&vitamins... people will oso feel bored when it comes to certain stage and start the yoyo diet! i think i no need to write it all to u BUT it depends on u to search for d infos!
